24x7carrental.com cabs is a service operated by Uttarakhand Taxi Cabs, a company incorporated under the Company's Uttarakhand Taxi Cabs, hereinafter referred to as 24x7carrental.com for the purpose of these Terms & Conditions. The Customer agrees to pay the taxi fare as communicated by the call center or as per the fare displayed in Priyadarshini Taxis. This includes parking charges, additional night surcharge (if applicable), toll charges (when traveling in 24x7carrental.com cab and crossing toll posts), and any present or future fees or levies imposed by law for availing taxi services. The use of 24x7carrental.com services is at the Customer's sole risk, and 24x7carrental.com disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, regarding condition, suitability, quality, merchantability, and fitness for any purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Furthermore, 24x7carrental.com makes no representation or warranty that the service will meet customer requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. 24x7carrental.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer due to the use of taxi services, non-compliance with instructions, network failure, or other circumstances beyond 24x7carrental.com's control. The Customer indemnifies 24x7carrental.com from any liabilities, losses, charges, and expenses arising from the Customer's use of services and agrees to pay such sums on demand. 24x7carrental.com may use location-based information provided by telecommunication companies to enhance taxi location probability. The Customer's particulars may be disclosed to government bodies, authorized chauffeurs, or within the 24x7carrental.com Cab Company as required by law or at 24x7carrental.com's discretion.
24x7carrental.com reserves the right to terminate taxi bookings without notice, and customers are encouraged to take full responsibility for their items. In case of lost items inside 24x7carrental.com Cabs, the company will make "best-effort" attempts to locate items but is not responsible for loss or damage. Any complaints or reports must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of taxi use. The courts of Ernakulam, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from service use or agreements between 24x7carrental.com and the Customer. 24x7carrental.com may add, vary, or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and customers are bound by such changes once incorporated into the terms at www.info@24x7carrental.com. All calls to the call center are recorded for quality and training purposes, and vehicles registered with Priyadarshini Taxi Service 24x7carrental.com are continuously tracked using GPS for security purposes only. 24x7carrental.com does not warrant that its site, servers, or e-mails are free of viruses and will not be liable for damages arising from site use.
